Submission Preparation Checklist

During the submission process, authors must ensure that their manuscript fully complies with all journal requirements. Manuscripts that do not meet these standards will be returned to the corresponding author for necessary corrections. Authors must confirm that the manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration by any other journal at the time of submission. If the work has been submitted elsewhere, a clear explanation must be provided in the “Comments to the Editor” section. Manuscripts must be prepared in one of the accepted file formats: OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or Rich Text Format (RTF). All references should include accessible URLs wherever applicable. The manuscript must be single-spaced, written in a 12-point standard font, and use italics rather than underlining, except for URL addresses. All figures, tables, and illustrations should be placed within the text at the appropriate positions rather than appended at the end. Manuscripts must adhere strictly to the stylistic, formatting, and bibliographic requirements specified in the Author Guidelines of the journal.

How to Submit

Once the manuscript is prepared according to the above checklist, authors may submit their work using one of the following methods. The primary method is through the “Submit Your Research” button on the journal’s homepage sidebar, which opens an email interface for uploading all required files. Alternatively, authors may submit their manuscript and accompanying files directly via email to submit@scipublication.com, ensuring full compliance with the checklist prior to sending.

Important Notes

Manuscripts that fail to meet the checklist requirements will be returned for correction. All co-authors must review and approve the manuscript before submission. For any questions or clarifications regarding the submission process, authors may contact submit@scipublication.com.
