Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to ensure their submission complies with all of the following items. Submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned to the authors for corrections.

Submission Requirements

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in the "Comments to the Editor" section).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced, uses a 12-point font, employs italics (rather than underlining, except for URL addresses), and places all illustrations, figures, and tables within the text at appropriate points (not at the end).
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

How to Submit

Once your document is ready and complies with the checklist above, you can proceed with your submission in one of the following ways:

Option 1: Online Submission

Option 2: Email Submission

Alternatively, you can send your manuscript directly to submit@scipublication.com. Please ensure that your email includes all required files and adheres to the submission checklist.

Important Notes

  • Submissions that do not meet the checklist requirements will be returned to the authors for corrections.
  • Ensure all co-authors have approved the manuscript before submission.
