Abstract

Workforce management is a critical aspect of any organization, significantly impacting productivity, employee satisfaction, and overall organizational performance. The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with microservices in human resources (HR) management is revolutionizing the way companies handle recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. This research explores how AI-powered microservices enhance workforce management by streamlining HR processes, improving decision-making capabilities, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring regulatory compliance. We present an in-depth analysis of AI-driven applications in HR microservices, highlight the challenges involved, and propose best practices for organizations seeking to implement such technologies. Three tables demonstrate the impact of AI-microservices on recruitment, employee retention, and HR efficiency.
